The 2014 Chevy Malibu does have a spare tire. Making sure Your tires are in the greatest of condition is crucial to not crashing. You will come into problems with this car part at some time or another. Premature tire wear is something to lookout for. You might run into feathering problems. You could face cupping issues. The part might become loose at some point. Make sure to inspect the tire pressure once a month. Check for holes, in case You run over something sharp. This part will need to be changed eventually. You should change Your tires every 30,000 to 50,000 miles. You don't want to get into any accidents on the road.

It does not by default, but you can get an aftermarket spare tire kit and attach one that way, to either the back or under the car.
