Your 2015 Ford Edge uses a timing chain. While You may find the increased noise annoying, the reliability of these should make up for that; typically, You'll not have to replace this, unless You encounter a problem with it. The water pump it drives will usually fail long before it. That said, if You do find You need to replace the timing chain in Your Edge, they have a broad price range from $34 to $112, depending on the brand of the part. If You hear an engine rattle while idling or metal shavings in the oil, suspect an imminent failure with Your timing chain and get it looked at as soon as possible.

The ford edge uses a timing chain. Normally, these parts are more durable than a timing belt and require less maintenance so that is why a timing chain is chosen.
