The 2015 Ford Transit Connect came standard with a 1.6L 4Cylinder engine but there was also an option for a 2.5L 4Cylinder engine. If You have a model with the 1.6L then it will make use of a timing belt that will need to be replaced between every 60,000 to 100,000 miles or 5 years depending on which occurs first. If You have a model with the larger 2.5L engine then it will come with a timing chain. These timing chains are expected to last the life of the vehicle and will not normally need to be replaced unless major damage occurs to the vehicle.

James J is wrong. The 2015 transit CONNECT with the 1.6 tdci engine has a CAMBELT. NOT a timing chain. I know this because I own a 2015 plate connect and changed my cambelt earlier this year. Ford recommend you change the cambelt every 100k Miles or every 5 years, which ever comes sooner.
