Some 2015 Toyota Sienna's come with a factory installed remote start, but that assumes You paid extra for the package when You purchased it. If You're buying used and didn't get one, it's relatively easy to install Yourself. The StartX kit, for example, is around $220 and has a harness system that You just plug and play. A popular aftermarket kit is also the Viper 7756V. Regardless of whether You buy one or have the factory installed, to remotely start, You'll want to press the lock button Your key FOB three times; the first two times, You'll do it quickly, and then the third time, You'll hold it in until the Sienna starts up.
