Certain configurations of the 2016 Ford Taurus come equipped with an auxiliary input, while others have a dual-USB setup. If Your vehicle is equipped with an aux port, You'll find it in the center console, next to a single USB port. If You see two USB ports, however, You have one of the configurations that does not come with an aux. Aftermarket options still exist, though You may not want to give up Your Ford SYNC system. Still, You can find decent head units for as little as $100 that come with auxiliary inputs, from the likes of Sony, Alpine, Kenwood, Boss, Pioneer, and many others. Installation is relatively straightforward, but You may need to block out a long afternoon to complete the swap.

The ford taurus aux input is next to the usb port in the center dash area. If you don't see it you could have one of the models that have dual usb ports and no aux.
