These tires can handle driving at these lower speeds for up to 100 miles, at which point You may begin to experience damage and wear and tear to the rims of the wheels.

No, the BMW X5 does not have a spare tire because flat run tires are standard on most every BMW vehicle. Flat run tires mean no BMW customer needs to attempt to change their tire or sit on the side of the road waiting for a tow truck. You can drive on flat run cars for up to 100 miles with damage to the rims or wheels.
