Yes, the 2018 Ford Flex has a cabin air filter, thought it can be a bit of a chore to swap it out. Some compatible replacement parts are the FRam CF11176, the WiX24068, and the K&N VF1011. Any of those will work, so grab one based on Your brand preference and budget. To get to the air filter, You'll need to move any junk in Your glove box somewhere else temporarily, and then push in the side walls of it until You can pull it out. Once You've got it lowered towards the floor mat, You'll see the HVAC blower motor housing and the filter access cover, held by two retaining clips on the bottom edge. Pull those tabs down and towards You, gently, and then You'll be able to remove the cover. Now You can simply slip the air filter out, and put the new one in, and then reverse the procedure You just did to put everything back together.

Yes, the 2018 Ford Flex has a cabin air filter. The cabin air filter is located behind the glove box. It's covered with plate that can be difficult to remove - use a screwdriver to carefully undo the lock tabs. Remove the filter slides out of the slot, replace it and reattach the cover and glove box. It's suggested you replace the filter every 15,000 to 20,000 miles.
