The 2018 Jeep Compass does not come standard with a spare tire or jack kit except for the 4x4 Trailhawk model which does have a spare tire. The SUV does come equipped with a tire mobility kit (TMK). The TMK will come with some things that will allow You to get Your tire a temporary fix so that You can get to the neareSTService center. The kit will include an air pump and foam filter to temporarily plug the puncture or hole in the tire. There are options when purchasing the vehicle in which You can choose to have a spare tire/jack kit but it will be an additional cost added to the total price.

The only way for consumers to have a spare tire with their 2018 Jeep Compass without extra fees is to purchase the 4x4 Compass Trailhawk. All the other models, the Latitude, the Altitude, the Sport and the Limited, come with a tire inflator kit instead. Most come with the addition of roadside assistance as well, but that can be dealership dependent. The dealership I spoke to was willing to outfit a 2018 Jeep Compass with a spare tire, for a fee. This seems to be the case across the board with any make/model/dealership that doesn't provide new car buyers with a spare tire.
Mine didn’t and according to the door jamb information, it never did.
