As with many other current generation vehicles, the 2018 Jeep Compass doesn't come with a spare tire for almost all of its trims. The Sport, the Latitude, the Limited and the Altitude, instead, are equipped with a tire repair kit that comes with sealant, a tire inflator and a jack. The Trailhawk, the model that does come with a spare, also has a tire jack for switching out the damage tire.
