If You're referring to the auto start/stop feature (also known as automatic idle stop) on the Acura TLX, then yes, the 2019 model has it available. It's a standard feature available on TLX compact sedans with Super Handling All Wheel Drive (SH-AWD), which is only an option at the V6 engine level. Unfortunately, if You drive the 2.4L 4Cylinder model, this is not an available feature. If You're fitted with the technology but want to forego it, disabling automatic start/stop is simple enough. You'll need to look to the middle of the vehicle's dash board for the corresponding button. Pressing it will toggle the functionality on and off. However, when You turn the vehicle off, the status resets to ON, so You'll need to disable it at each start up if You hope to avoid it.

The 2019 Acura TLX has start/stop technology that is only available with its SH-AWD (Super Handling All Wheel Drive) system. This is available on all Acura TLX trim packages as long as it has the V6 engine option.
