The 2019 Chevrolet Blazer does not come standard with a sunroof. However, General Motors does offer a panoRamic dual-pane power sunroof as optional equipment on upper trim levels; this may be the luxury that You're looking for, but many users report more issues with the sunroof than is warranted. You may want to think twice before adding one. The number one complaint is a leaking sunroof. While this is a relatively straightforward fix, there's no reason to do so until the sunroof begins to leak -- therefore, there's a good chance that the interior of Your Blazer will get wet at one point or another. If it's something that You deem essential, then it's a nice feature to have. However, the introduction of new hardware that can and likely will fail may cause more headaches than necessary.
