Simply put, yes and no. Dodge offers the option of a bluetooth stereo, but this only comes with the premier editions of the vehicle. Only the 2019 Dodge Journey Crossroad and GT Trim models offer the option of bluetooth. On the basic, budget version, which is the SE model, Dodge does not offer the choice to include bluetooth. This, however, can be changed quite easily. Many stereo companies these days integrate bluetooth into their stereo systems. If You wish to add bluetooth, consider replacing the stereo system with a more modern one entirely. Many makers like Sony, JVC, Kenwood and more even offer optional upgrades that include features like CarPlay.
