The 2019 Toyota Sienna does come with a spare tire at the rear of the vehicle. This is located under the car on a spare tire hanger and will need to be lowered if You need to change Your tire. In Your vehicle's toolkit there are instructions about how to assemble a hook that can be used to lower the tire. This hook will attach to a port that You access from Your cargo compartment and that allows You to raise and lower it. Having a spare tire is a very good thing to have these days. Many brands have moved to using a tire repair kit instead of a spare to save space, but it's good of Toyota to keep one there.
