Your 2004 Dodge Ram 1500 does not have a reset button for the fuel pump. It only has a fuse and a relay for the pump. The fuel pump is located inside the fuel tank.

Take out the fuses for the fuel pump for 5 to 10 mins resets the pump

These trucks do not have a reset button for fuel pump. They have fuse & relay that's it. If dead replace bad fuse or bad relay if fuse an relay are good check for power a fuel pump electrical plug & ground.
