Resetting the radio in a 2019 Ram 1500 is quite simple, just follow these instructions step by step. To begin, turn Your ignition on, but You don't need to start the engine. Now go to the Uconnect screen and hit the button at the bottom that says "Apps" and then hit the right side arrow button. Click on "Settings" at the bottom right of the screen. Now scroll down all the way and click on "Reset". On the new screen, choose "Restore Settings". Finally click on "OK" to confirm that You want to reset the radio the the factory default settings. When complete, the radio will be fully restored to the factory default setting and any radio presets will be deleted from memory.
