There is an internal handle on Your trunk, which is there for basic safety. This handle is hidden and many people do not even know of its existence. It is the handle that will allow You to open the trunk of Your Honda CR-V from the passenger compartment. To find this handle Youll have to get in the back seat. At the trunk lock of Your Honda CR-V (center of the tailgate), Youll have to remove a plastic cover to see the entire lock appear. Once this has been done, You should discover a sort of lever that once activated will allow You to open the tailgate of Your Honda CR-V from the inside. Be careful though, on many models if this lever keeps in the open position You will not be able to lock Your trunk when locking Your car with the central locking system. So make sure You put it back in position once You close Your trunk.

There is no way to open a honda cr-v tailgate from the inside of the vehicle.
