The tire pressure sensors will reset automatically in a Ram 2500 pickup truck once proper tire inflation has been achieved and the truck is been driven above 15 mph for a certain amount of time. The tire pressure monitoring system is a safety feature that monitors the pressure in the tires. If the pressure gets too low a chime will sound in the light will appear on the instrument cluster. The low tire pressure message will appear at the center of the cluster and the system will tell You which tire is low. When these messages appear inflate the tires to the proper pressure. You can check the tire pressures, but don't rely on the system as an accurate measurement.

Hold down the tpms button until the light blinks three times. Then start the engine and let it run for 20 min. Then drive for about ten min.
