To reset the TPMS on the 2006 Chrysler 300C, You will need to inflate Your tires to the recommended psi shown on Your car's placard. If You don't know where to inflate them, You can take Your car to a gas station that has an air pump. The air is usually free but if it isn't it's usually not expensive, about a quarter. Now, make sure Your ignition is set to OFF for about 20 minutes, no less. After the 20 minutes have passed, go ahead and drive Your car at 15 miles per hour for a period of 10 to 35 minutes. I would drive it around for 35 minutes to be on the safe side. When You're done, You can park Your car and turn the ignition to OFF. Your light should now be reset.
