In order to reset the tire pressure monitoring system on Your 2007 Lexus GS350 You're first going to need to get in to the driver's seat and put Your key in to the vehicle. Move the key in to the run position but do not start up the engine. Once You have power to the vehicle You're now going to want to look towards Your steering wheel and find the tire pressure monitoring system button. You'll hold down on this button for several moments and then the light will start blinking. Once it has blinked three times You can let go of it and then kill power to the vehicle. Now You should be able to start it back up with the tire pressure sensors reset.

On a 2007 lexus gs 350, turn the engine switch to ignition on mode. Press and hold the reset switch until the tire pressure warning light blinks slowly three times.
