Resetting the anti-theft system in Your 2009 Ford Flex is easy to do, and will take around 8 to 10 minutes of Your time. First, You will need to stand in somewhat close proximity, say 4 to 10 feet, away from Your vehicle. Make sure all of the doors are closed and locked. Using the controls on Your key fob, locate the button with the image of a loudspeaker on it. Press down on this button one time to turn on Your personal alarm. Compress the button twice in succession if You wish to reset the anti-theft system. Alternatively, You can reset it by turning Your ignition to the on position, then the Securilock, position, then off.

You can follow these easy instructions to reset the 2009 ford flex anti-theft key, follow these steps- insert your first programmed key into the ignition of the car and turn it to the "on" position. Loop the first "off" key out, delete it from the starter, and install the second system key within 5 seconds. Loop in "on" and "off" and delete the second switch. Attach the key that you want to restore within 10 seconds, leaving it "on" for one second, and then loop it back to "off." Keep the key in the ignition until the security light is turned on, then remove the key to complete the programming cycle.
