Before You reset the tire pressure monitoring system on Your 2009 Nissan Murano You need to be absolutely sure You have the correct tire pressure currently on Your tires to avoid causing damage to the vehicle or putting YourseLFAt risk. Once You are sure You have it correct You will first need to put the key in to the ignition and move it in to the ON position. Next You will need to locate the TPMS button on the steering wheel. You need to hold this button down until it blinks three times. The TPMS should reset after a few seconds and You will be ready to drive like normal.

Whay and where is the OBD-2 Connector?

It is the white wire coming out of the OBD-2 connector. Insert a paperclip and tap it to ground 6 times with the ignition turned on but not running.
Drive at or above 50 mph for at least 10 minutes to reset the sensor. This can cause your sensor to reset the next time you turn on the car. With the vehicle off, turn the key to the “On” position, but don't start the car. Hold the TPMS reset button until the tire pressure light blinks three times, then release it.
