To reset the anti-theft system in Your 2011 Chevy Traverse, You will start by pushing the panic button for five seconds before hitting the lock button again, standing 10 feet away from the vehicle. Follow the unlock button twice and Your protection needs to be reset. This can also be activated by replacing the battery or by draining the battery. This could also be caused by a faulty passlock sensor, which will cause the anti-system to shut down and prevent the car from starting. There are several different issues that might alert the system and most likely require some troubleshooting or an OBD testing tool to diagnose the problem.
