You can reset the oil life on Your 2011 Hyundai Tucson in one of two different ways. The simplest does require some additional equipment that's certainly not worth the cost, but if You already have it, it's a quick and worthwhile solution. If You have an OBD-II scan tool with oil life reset functionality, simply hook it up to Your Tucson's port and send the relevant command -- as simple as that. If You don't have such a tool, You can still quickly perform the reset through the dash interface. Turn the key to the ON position, and then use the menu navigation found at Your speedometer. Navigate to the "Service Required" item within the settings menu, and then press and hold the OK button to reset.
