Resetting the 2012 Honda Civic LX tire pressure monitoring system, otherwise known as the tpms, is easy to do. First, You will need to go to the driver's side of Your car, and get inside. Next, take a look at the display screen located on the center dashboard. Press the menu key. Go to customize settings, then choose tpms calibration. Once this is complete, You will need to choose the option to initialize the reset. Finally, choose Yes, then exit the menu. Your tpms should now be reset.

To reset the tpms on the 2012 honda civic lx make sure the tire pressure is correct, then turn on the vehicle. Now hit the reset button that is to the right of the steering wheel and wait ten minutes. In some cases you may need to hold the button down till the light flashes. If the sensor is not working correctly then you may have tires with incorrect pressure, and the car can get bad performance.
