In order to reset the tire pressure light on a 2012 Toyota Corolla, the tires need to be inflated to the recommended pressures. To do this You will need a tire pressure gauge and push it onto the valve stem firmly to determine how much air to add. Once all tires are at the proper setting go into the passenger compartment and above the paddles push the tire pressure monitoring switch. The light should now be off on the instrument cluster. If not You may have to go through the reinitialize process, Where You will hold the TPMS button until the light comes on and release. Now hold the button again this time wait for the light to flash three times this means the System is in the reinitialize setting. You will have to drive the car for about 2 hours at speeds greater than 20 mph.

To reset the tire pressure monitor or tpms system in your 2012 toyota corolla turn the ignition key to the "on" position and depress the tpms button, usually located under the dash, until the tpms light blinks several times. Start your vehicle and let it run for at least 20 minutes and your tpms system should be reset.
