How do i perform the 2014 Kia Forte radio reset?

There are a few ways to reset the radio in the 2014 Kia Forte. You can take a ballpoint pen or a paper clip and insert the end into the hole just to the right of the volume dial on the face of the radio. The radio will shut off for about seconds and then power back on. Another method is where You pull the yellow shunt fuse in the passenger compartment fuse box, below the steering wheel. First, with the key in the on position, push the Start/Stop button with Your foot off the brake. Remove the fuse box cover and pull out on the yellow fuse, it will only pull out a little bit. Wait for about 30 seconds and push the Start/Stop button, foot still off the brake and turn the key off. Wait another 30 seconds and push the yellow fuse back in. Wait a finaI30 seconds and turn the key to on and push the Start/Stop button. You could also disconnect the negative battery terminal for a few minutes and then reconnect it.
