How do i perform the 2015 Chevy Equinox tire pressure sensor reset?

To reset the tire pressure sensor in a 2015 Chevy Equinox You will have to go through the relearn process. If You have an air compressor You can do this at home in about 5 minutes or go to a gas station or anywhere You can get air in Your tire. If You have the push button start Go to the tire pressure system on the screen and select Set/Clr to Relearn to begin the process. The system will ask if You are sure You a want to relearn, select Yes. Once You do, the horn will honk twice letting You know it is in the relearn process. Starting with the front drivers tire, adjust the air pressure until the honk honks once, this will be confirmation that the sensor has been reset. Work Your way around the Equinox, next the passenger front, then passenger rear and finally the drivers rear, adjusting the pressure until the horn honks once on each tire. If You dont have push button start, the relearn procedure is the same, except to begin the process You have put the key in the ignition and turn it to the on position and then hold down the lock and unlock buttons at the same time, until You hear the horn beep twice, confirming it is in the relearn process.
