If You are experiencing an issue with a warning about the FCW system failing on Your 2015 Honda Accord You're going to need access to a scanner tool to fix this. Honda did not build in a way for this vehicle to do a reset for it like You would with the tire pressure sensor or the oil life indicator. If You don't have access to a scanner tool or don't want to take it in to a shop You have the choice of just disconnecting the battery from the vehicle for between 10 to 20 minutes. This will reset the entire car to it's factory settings.

To reset the 2015 honda accord fcw system you will need to disconnect the battery for at least 10 minutes.

Hey I just went through this problem with my girlfriends car, I replaced her brakes and the FCW failed light turned off. I didn’t think of this being the solution nor did I find it online, submitting it here to hopefully help someone.

I am having the same issues with my 2014 Honda Accord. I disconnected the battery for an hour and reinstalled it. Nothing changed
