To reset the tire pressure monitoring system or tpms in Your 2017 GMC Sierra, turn the ignition key to the On position. Then press the tpms button, located under the dash, until the tpms light blinks several times. After the blinking of the light, start Your vehicle and let it run for at least 20 minutes and Your tpms system should be reset. If Your tpms fails to reset this way, You can take Your car to the workshop and get a tpms relearn performed. The relearn will cost You around $30 to $60, but the cost may vary depending on where You take it. Always keep an eye on the tire pressure monitor as it can cause problems if left unchecked and could be a safety issue.

To reset the tpms on the 2017 gmc sierra make sure the tire pressure is correct, then turn on the vehicle. Now hit the reset button that is to the right of the steering wheel and wait ten minutes. In some cases you may need to hold the button down till the light flashes. If the sensor is not working correctly then you may have tires with incorrect pressure, and the car can get bad performance.

To Xavier you say reset button is located under dash for TPMS. I looked can’t see one. Also manual states you the dash button. Can you tell me where under dash that button is located? TPMS showing low pressure when tire pressure triple checked is perfect.
