Resetting the 2019 Porsche Cayenne tire pressure monitoring system is an easy task, which only takes about 3 to 5 minutes. The first thing You need to do is go to the driver's side of Your car, and get inside. Turn Your ignition to the on position. Be careful not to actually start the engine. Next, locate the tpms button on the right of the steering wheel, and hold it down. The light will flash a total of three times. Let go of the reset button, and crank the ignition. You should now let Your engine run foR8 to 10 minutes on its own. The TPMS will reset during this time.

To reset the tpms on the 2019 porsche cayenne make sure the tire pressure is correct, then turn on the vehicle. Now hit the reset button that is to the right of the steering wheel and wait ten minutes. In some cases you may need to hold the button down till the light flashes. If the sensor is not working correctly then you may have tires with incorrect pressure, and the car can get bad performance.

Randy D.'s response is for older Cayennes. Does not apply to my 2012 model, or newer models (and likely not to 2011 models either). Great though for those earlier babies. On newer models, you use the right toggle on the steering wheel and your instrument panel to access the TPMS reset. Problem is that this doesn't always work, as in my case. BUT, Porsche sent letters regarding defective wheel speed sensors that can be replaced 'gratis', which is what I believe I need to have done. Drive on, Porsche friends!
