To remove the air vent on the 2016 Ford F-150 You will first need to pull the panel that goes around the system. The panel is held in place by a series of very small screws, which You will need to remove one at a time and make sure not to lose. Start at the bottom and remove the long piece that runs along the full bottom. Once You have done this You will be able to get to all the screws on the side panels.
