To reset the oil life light in a 2018 Honda CR-V, park the vehicle and make sure all doors are closed. Turn the key in the ignition to ON, but don't start up the engine. If You have a push button start, press that two times without putting Your foot on the brake. Use the INFO button in the left cluster of steering wheel controls to find the menu that has a wrench icon. Select that and then scroll through until Oil Life appears in the display. To begin the reset mode, hold down the ENTER button for at least 10 seconds. Scroll through to find the option to reset and select it by clicking ENTER. Turn the key in the ignition to OFF and then start the vehicle to make sure the light is off. This lets You know the reset was completed.

To reset the oil life indicator in your 2018 honda crv hold the trip knob in the instrument panel until the engine oil life option appears. Hold the knob until the display starts to blink (may take ten seconds or more) hold the knob for approximately five more seconds, and display will reset to 100%.
