If you have a modern model year of the Ford Fiesta, it's likely that you've become acquainted with Ford's proprietary venture with Microsoft, also known as SYNC. There are two ways to perform a SYNC master reset, but luckily both are relatively simple. In the first, you'll choose Bluetooth from the settings menu on your phone or mobile device. Find SYNC, and delete it. Press the MENU button on your head unit screen, then navigate to SYNC Settings, then Master Reset. Finally, repair your phone. Alternatively, you may delete SYNC from your phone's Bluetooth menu as above, then press the PHONE button on your head unit screen. Press the arrows until RETURN displays on the screen, and select it. Then, select ADVANCED, and finally MASTER RESET.
