The 2010 Ford F-150's MyKey cannot be re-progRammed without an Admin key unless You employ the help of third party software system like FORScan. It will require connecting to Your truck's PCM using FORScan. Start the car and run the progRam. You must cover the blade of a transponder key with foil while in the middle of the this process. When finished with the software re-progRamming, turn the vehicle off and then on again, this time without starting the engine. Go to the settings menu of the center display and scroll to "MyKey" options and select " Clear MyKeys". You should be able to configure the key for specific settings, like speed limits for a Younger driver, You can use the same menu to scroll through available options. Other progRammable limits include Audio volume, traction control and 911 Assist or Emergency Assist features.

Turn your key but don't start the truck hold the reset button mykey will show up press it it will show the option to turn it off and on had the same problem took me a while but I did it Good Luck

To turn off mykey on the ford f-150, go to settings, ok, mykey, and clear mykey. Press and hold ok until you get a message saying that all mykeys are cleared.

The best way to wipe out my key settings with two or whatever amount of my keys is, Using the square type remote start system reprogram it this acts as the master key. So under the steering wheel beside the obd jack is a button holt button in and press the brake it will beep 3.times then start the vehicle. Once started you can access the menu to erase all mykeys and reprogram one by one if needed

Sorry i should have noted in previous box after reprograming the remote start use remote start then access the mykey menu.
To remove the my key without an admin key on a 2010 Ford flex eco fuel with remote start key fob with no key in the ignition , you need to get into your 2010 Ford flex shut the door use start fob to start the flex, now with the your 2010 flex running you can access the settings in the top of the center of your dash, use the settings and reset button and go down to my key removal and remove the my key setting. Now open your door on your 2010 Ford flex and it will shut off ! Now shut the door and insert your key and now it is an admin key with all my key features disabled this work for me in less than 5 minutes and save me hundreds of dollars
