If You need to reset the anit theft system on the 2008 Ford Edge then You will need to start by getting in the car and making sure the doors are closed. Now put the key in the ignition and turn it to the on position. Wait 10 seconds then turn it back to the off position. Now repeat thiS7 more times. On the final time, You will need to hold the unlock button on the key and while doing so start the engine. If it comes on then the reset worked, if not then You need to start over.

To reset the anti-theft setting on a 2008 ford edge, follow these steps: get inside the car, close the doors, put the key in the ignition and turn it from the off position to the on position 8 times. Then hold the unlock button on the key and try to start the engine.
