Reset means different things to different people. I'm not going to assume just what You want to do with Your 2015 Jeep Grand Cherokee touch screen, but instead, will give You the options to choose how hard You want to make it do Your bidding. The simple reset, or reboot, is accomplished by holding the power button until it turns off, and then hold it in until it turns on. If that doesn't work, the next reset method, which doesn't mess up settings but can fix some glitches, is to hold both the ENTER button and VOLUME button down simultaneously for haLFA minute. For a Uconnect reboot, You'll want to hold down the Mute and Tune buttons. Now, to do a factory reset of the engineering type, You'll hold the Temp Up and Down buttons until the engineering menu appears, and this will let You wipe everything and take it back to the factory default.
