If You would like to reset the 2016 Ford F-150 XL oil light, its a fast and very easy procedure. Find the buttons on the left hand side of the steering wheel, and push the left arrow until Youre at the beginning menu on the center console display. From there, push the down arrow to navigate to Settings and then the right arrow to access that option. Push the right arrow again to enter the Vehicle options, and then the right arrow once more for the Oil Life Reset option. Once there, press and hold the OK button to reset it. From here, Youre all set and good to go.

To reset the mykey, start by using the admin key to turn the car on. Press setup on the screen until you reach "press reset to clear mykey", you may then press and hold the reset button for two seconds until "all mykeys cleared" shows on the screen.
