To reset the oil change light on the 2016 Ford Focus, You're going to first put Your parking break on. Then, go ahead and turn the ignition key to ON but don't start the car. Now, go ahead and press on the gas and brake pedals for about 25 seconds. Keep Your feet on those pedals until You see a message that says something like "Service OIl Reset Complete. " You can now take Your feet off of the pedals and Your oil light should now be reset. You're good to go.

The oil light can be reset by accessing the menu and scrolling to the oil life %% indicator option, which can be executed by holding down the button.

Put ignition on without starting the car. Press gas and brake pedals at once and hold for 20 seconds. The car will notify you when it resets.

Yep...just put key to on position...hold gas and brake pedals...simple...
I’ve tried that and I still get the same warning tone and oil light I have done a oil change aswell

Turn ignition on but don’t crank it and hold the gas pedal and brake pedal at same time and it’ll reset and your all good
