Resetting the memory seats in a Cadillac is easy to do. All You have to do is adjust Your seat to where You would like it to be. Next, adjust Your mirrors so that they are positioned to where You need them. Now choose which of the two You want to control this new position, either number one or number two. Push and hold this button, for about 3 seconds, or until You hear the beeps. The beeping will let You know that Your seat and mirror position has been saved. On some models You will need to make sure You have the key fob that corresponds to the button You saved it as.

Only get 1 beep, never get the other 2 beeps?

I set my seat and program it but when I get back in and start my vehicle it goes all the way back down but if I hold the -1- down it will go back to it. Should I have to hold it and move it every time? That doesn't seem to be a memory seat ??

To reset the Cadillac memory seat, you configure the seat and mirror the way you want it. (2) Push and remove the MEMO button, and it will beep once. (3) Click and keep one of the two memory keys right away before you hear two beeps. You need to do so within 5 seconds or you need to uninstall the device.
