How do i reset the Jeep Liberty alarm?

I some help jeep won't start and the alarm keeps going off

Leave all doors closed for around 16 seconds before the Vehicle Security Light on the instrument cluster starts blinking quickly. As the light pulses at a slower rate, this means that the device has been disabled and updated.

I don't have a FOB. The alarm still goin off even after trying the above reset option w/o a fob😡😠😤.It'sbeyond Frustrating an Annoying! Still Alarm beeping....HELP!!!!
