Resetting the tire pressure monitoring sensor on the 2005 Toyota 4Runner is easy to do. It will only take about 5 to 12 minutes of Your time. The firSTStep is, of course, to ensure You have Your psi set to the recommended pressure of 32 to 35 pounds per square inch. Next, get into Your vehicle. Crank up the engine, and push down the reset button found on the dashboard. This button can be found easily, on the lower right side of Your steering wheel and instrument cluster. Continue to hold down the button until You see the tpms (tire pressure monitoring system) light illuminate three times in succession. This indicates that the sensor has been reset.
