A Porsche Cayenne is largely the product of its maintenance schedule and quality of ownership. If You take good care of Your Cayenne, it's very realistic that it will last You for a few hundred thousand miles. Anecdotal reports found online have some owners driving theirs for over 250,000 miles -- this is a bit misleading though, because they're not usually daily drivers. I'd say that with proper maintenance, You could expect at least 150,000 miles of driving out of Your Cayenne. With exceptional maintenance, You're likely looking at closer to 225,000. With exceptional maintenance and a little bit of luck, it's possible to take it closer to 300,000 miles -- though that's far from a promise or a guarantee.

My car was brought in 2004. It has helped us a lot. Run about 288000 miles. Good run but not like brand new car now. I am looking for a brand new car but I love Cayenne.

I bought my 2004 Cayenne S in 2011 as the 4th owner with 110,000 miles. I now have 242,000. It's my daily drive and has never let me down. The engine is running great, but I've been having some transmission glitches the last couple of years, but it keeps going. We bought 2005 Cayenne S in 2015 for my husband with 95K, it now has over 160,000 miles. I'm looking for a newer model to replace the 2004. I never want another vehicle.

My 2012 Cayenne Turbo was a disaster at 85k. Chassis System failure and myriad other issues out of warranty. So disappointed as a long time Porsche owner, this was my 3rd Cayenne turbo. The car itself was fantastic on the road and I really miss the utility. It was the perfect complement to my other Porsche vehicles

My 2004 cayenne s has over 190000miles/306000 kms on it,and I live in ontario Canada where the weather is bad all the time, and it's still running strong.ps I am mechanic and also I drive this suv very hard like it's stolen, haha.it does have electrical gremlins ,but if you do your homework and search online and think of search questions outside of the box, then you will be able to fix it yourself.the suv js pretty easy to work on at home.the brakes can be changed in less then15 mins each and oil changes are pretty easy minus removing all the plastic covera.other then the electrical problems the suv is solid

I bought a 2005 Cayenne S in 2015 with 63,000 miles. It now has 111,000 in 2021 and still runs like a dream. I change the engine oil every 5,000 miles and have been doing a Transmission fluid flush about once a year since it hit 100,000 miles. Best car I've ever owned.

2014 Cayenne diesel turbo has 150000 miles. Had to replace oil cooler and add-blue pump recently. Beautiful to drive even today. I don’t find any next suv better than this today, sadly.
