The 2003 Dodge Durango will have 2 oxygen sensors located on the vehicle. They will both be on the catalytic converter with one being upstream and the other one being downstream. Failure of the o2 sensors for a vehicle is common problem but thankfully it will be easy to fix. Replacement o2 sensors will only cost between $15 and $20 each or between $25 and $35 for a pair of them. You're going to need to access Your catalytic converter and You'll see Your old sensors directly on each side. You'll need to disconnect the wires from them and the put Your new ones in. It shouldn't take too long at all.

Two, one upstream of the catalytic converter, one downstream.

Actually there are four oxygen sensors on my 2003 4.7 two right below the exhaust manifold and two about a foot below those past the miniature catalytic converters but this is a California emissions vehicle so keep that in mind
