A vehicle usually requires a hybrid battery replacement afteR8-10 years of use, or 120,000-150,000 miles of driving. The cost to replace the Ford Fusion's depends on whether You order a new one or have a refurbished battery pack installed. Brand new batteries for the Ford Fusion can average $3,000-$5,000 plus installation. A rebuilt pack refurbished with new cells can last up to 10 years and is priced just under $3,000 by moSTSecond or third-party repair sources. However, these aftermarket parts usually carry only a 36 month warranty. Keep in mind a car still under the manufacturer's warranty can have its battery replaced at no charge for up to 100,000 miles oR8 years per Ford's guarantee.

Ford will not replace your battery unless it is completely dead. The hybrid battery on our 2014 Has only lasted 10 of the 20 specified miles since 2016 very disappointing would never buy another Ford
