The 2018 Dodge Charger has 292 to 707 hp. Your air filter needs to be changed every 15,000 to 30,000 miles or so. The coolant needs to be changed every 60,000 miles. The spark plugs need to be replaced every 100,000 miles unless it's a copper one. A cooper spark plug needs to be replaced every 30,000 miles. You will come across many issues with an engine. You can have oil leaks and those need to be repaired quickly. A gasket may be loose and that needs to be tightened up quickly. A spark plug may pop off, causing engine issues. There could be excessive oil use, requiring the oil to be changed sooner than expected. A really serious problem is the engine overheating. This may lead to fires and the car exploding.

The horsepower for the 2018 Dodge Charger is dependent on the model's engine. On the SXT, SXT Plus trims, the 3.6-liter V-6 Pentastar engine delivers 292 horsepower, increasing to 300 for GT and GT Plus models. The Charger R/T and Daytona trims have a 5.7 liter HEMI V8 engine which outputs 370 horsepower. The 6.4L Hemi V8 in the Charger R/T Scat Pack, Charger Daytona 392 and Charger SRT 392 delivers 485 horses. And the Charger SRT Hellcat, with its 6.2L Supercharged V8 delivers 707 horsepower.
