The 2007 Ford Focus has either a 2.0 L 4Cylinder or a 2.3 L 4Cylinder engine that needS4.5 quarts of oil with a filter. The recommended F-TYPEor the vehicle iS5W-20 Synthetic for both engines. The meaning of 5W-20 iS5 is the thickness or the viscosity of the oil at startup, w is a winteR-Classification and 20 is the thickness or the viscosity at operating speeds. It is important to change the oil after a while because it doesn't last forever. You should know when to do a change when the oil life indicator comes on. However if You don't want to rely on that it is recommended to do an oil and filter change every 7,500 miles or so.

You need a 5W20 oil Synthetic much better total of 4.5Qt. It would help your engine if you add a one bottle Prolong fluid.
