If You have a newer model Chevrolet Cruze, You can easily change Your vehicle's units from Celsius to Fahrenheit. To do so, You'll need to go into the settings menu, and find the "Units" conversion. While You won't find the Fahrenheit and Celsius labels specifically, You'll be able to change "Metric" to "US". This will convert all metric units to their US equivalent -- including the temperature. This may seem confusing, but it's really quite straightforward. Chevrolet included the following in the owner's manual. "Display Units. Move up/down to switch between metric or US when the Unit display is active. Press SET/CLR to confirm the setting. This will change the displays on the cluster and DIC to either metric or English (US) measurements."

You can change the celsius reading on your chevy cruz to fahrenheit by adjusting the reading on the menu located on the turn signal switch.

So I have a 2016 Chevy Cruze and there's no units in the menu to convert it and there's also no way to do it through the dash so I'm not sure at this point how to fix this problem in my car which it is a problem since I live in a state where the weather is constantly changing

On my 2016 CC, it's the middle of the three dash menus (car icon) that has the "remaining oil life" and "battery voltage". "Units" has a choice of metric, imperial, US.
