For older models of the Ford F-150 truck all You will need to do is hold down the trip button for several seconds and it will switch between these two measurements. If You have a newer model You will need to go through Your navigation screen and in to the settings. Go to settings and then from there go to Your vehicle settings and You will eventually find a section for the dashboard settings. From here You can change it from english to metric and vice versa.

In order to switch between kilometers and miles and a ford f150 you simply have to hold the trip reset button down briefly.

In older press “setup” until you find “units”. Press “reset” for put on “eng”. That’ll switch Km to Miles
