In order to check the electrical functionality of a fuel injector on the Ford F-150, You can simply disconnect each injector from its electrical connector. Please do so carefully, since this is a delicate component and things can break quite easily. Use a multimeter in Ohms mode and probe the individual injectors; Your output should read between 11 and 18. Alternatively, it's possible that an injector has become clogged with debris or grease. This is less common, but still possible. This is a bit more difficult to diagnose -- in order to do so, You'll need to remove the injector from the rail and inspect it. This isn't recommended for amateur automotive enthusiasts, so it's recommended that You take the vehicle to a shop to perform this inspection.

You can test them electrically with an ohm meter, or you can take it to the shop.

Disconnect the fuel injector, then put your multimeter in ohms mode. Write down the resistance, which should be 11-18 ohms.
