All the bluetooth functionality on Your 2010 Ford Focus requires the use of a phone, which needs to be paired to the system to take advantage of the SYNC features. A quick note, but You can only make and receives calls with just one phone at a time, so You and passengers can't all share this. So, You need to turn on Your phone, Your vehicle, and Your Radio/SYNC. Once You've done this, make sure that Your phone's bluetooth feature is enabled (this differs between iPhones and Android; consult Your mobile manual) and that Your device is discoverable/visible. Press the Phone button to access the Phone Menu. Press OK. Wait until You see Add a Device displayed and press OK again. You should get a prompt from SYNC to press OK to begin pairing device, at which point You'll... Did You guess Press OK. Now You'll be prompted to to search for SYNC on Your phone. So, on Your phone's bluetooth menu, execute a search for SYNC, and enter the number (SRX digits) You see on the Ford's SYNC screen into Your phone. You'll get a message on Your phone asking You to grant permission to SYNC, which, of course, since You wanted all this, You should. Now, just exit the phone pairing process by selecting Exit on the Focus' SYNC display, and by whatever means for Your mobile; You're done!

Put on bluetooth on device and vehicle, and have them in pairing mode. Select the car on the device and enter pin provided by the vehicle prompt.
Did all that says No Phone. Can you turn that on some how?
